14 days to return

Under the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection

1. Right to return

You have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receiving them, under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection.

2. Return conditions

We accept a return provided that:

  • The product and its packaging are in their original condition
  • The product has not been used (it is unopened)
  • You still have the receipt or other proof of purchase
  • No more than 14 days have passed since you received it

3. How to return an item

  2. Get confirmation - we'll send you return instructions
  3. Send the product to our address by Nova Poshta
  4. Get your refund - we refund you within 3-5 working days of receiving the product

4. Refunds

We refund you using the same method you paid with:

  • Card payment: refunded to your card within 3-5 working days
  • Cash on delivery: refunded to your bank card within 5-7 working days

5. Exchanges

If you'd like to swap one shampoo for another (for example, Daily for Antiseptic), we're happy to help. Get in touch and we'll arrange an exchange.

6. Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it
  • Send us a photo of the damage
  • We'll send a replacement at our expense or give you a refund

7. Return delivery

If you return an item that isn't faulty, you pay for the return delivery. If the item is faulty, PET Love covers all delivery costs.
