PET Love guarantee: 14 days, even if the bottle is opened

Not the right fit? We'll refund you, over and above your statutory rights

1. PET Love guarantee

We're confident in our products, so we offer our own guarantee over and above the law. If a shampoo, foam, balm or spray isn't right for your pet, return it within 14 days of receiving it and we'll refund the full price, even if the bottle has been opened and partly used.

The guarantee applies once per order. We refund the price of the product, and you pay for return delivery by Nova Poshta. The bottle must not be empty.

2. Your statutory right to return

Separately from our guarantee, you have the right to return goods that are not faulty within 14 days of receiving them, under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection.

3. How to return an item

Email us at info@petlove.com.ua or call us on +380 63 369 30 69, and tell us your order number and briefly what wasn't right. We'll send you an address for the Nova Poshta return and refund you within 3-5 working days of receiving the parcel, using the same method you paid with.

4. Refunds

We refund you using the same method you paid with:

  • Card payment: refunded to your card within 3-5 working days
  • Cash on delivery: refunded to your bank card within 5-7 working days

5. Exchanges

If you'd like to swap one shampoo for another (for example, Daily for Antiseptic), we're happy to help. Get in touch and we'll arrange an exchange.

6. Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it
  • Send us a photo of the damage
  • We'll send a replacement at our expense or give you a refund

7. Return delivery

If you return an item that isn't faulty, you pay for the return delivery. If the item is faulty, PET Love covers all delivery costs.
