We collect only what we need to process orders and never sell your data

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy applies to the online shop petlove.com.ua and sets out how the personal data of site users is collected, processed, stored and protected.

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy (with a separate tick box in the checkout form). Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

2. What data we collect

When you place an order:

  • First name and surname
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Delivery town and Nova Poshta branch

Automatically when you visit the site:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device type
  • Pages viewed
  • How you arrived at the site (for example, from an advert)

We do not collect passport details, financial data (card numbers) or any information unrelated to processing your order.

3. How we use your data

Your personal data is used only for:

  • Order processing - preparing your order and arranging delivery
  • Communication - updates on your order status (a text message with the tracking number)
  • Support - replies to your questions and requests
  • Improving the site - traffic analysis to make the site easier to use (only with your consent to analytics cookies)
  • Advertising - measuring the results of PET Love ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google (only with your consent to advertising cookies)
  • Newsletters - care tips and PET Love offers by email, only if you ticked the box at checkout or signed up on the site. You can unsubscribe from any email

We do not use your data for third-party marketing mailings.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We share data only with the services we need to fulfil your order, or that you have allowed:

  • Nova Poshta - delivery (name, phone number, town and branch)
  • LiqPay (PrivatBank) - card payments; we never see or store your card details
  • KeyCRM - order management (contact details, order contents, how you arrived at the site)
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) - order emails and the newsletters you have agreed to
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) - ad measurement; only with your consent to advertising cookies
  • Google (Analytics, Ads) - visit analytics and ad measurement; only with your consent
  • Microsoft (Clarity) - anonymised analysis of how the site is used; only with your consent

We do not sell or rent out your data. It may be passed to others only where the law expressly requires it.

5. Payment security

All online payments are processed through the certified payment service LiqPay from PrivatBank (PCI DSS standard).

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Nova Poshta cash on delivery
  • Card details are entered directly in the secure LiqPay window
  • We never see or store your full card number
  • All transactions are protected by SSL encryption

6. Cookies

The site uses three types of cookies:

  • Essential - the basket, your session, your cookie choice and how you arrived, for order records. Always on
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) - switched on only after you click “Accept all”
  • Advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) - switched on only after you click “Accept all”

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page.

7. Your rights

Under Ukrainian law, you have the right to:

  • Access - receive information about the personal data we process
  • Rectification - update or correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure - ask us to delete your personal data
  • Withdrawal of consent - withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data

8. Data retention

  • Order data - kept for the period required by Ukrainian tax law
  • Communication data - deleted at your request
  • Technical logs - kept for up to 12 months

9. Business enquiries

When you send an enquiry on the For partners page, we receive your company name, country, type of business, your name, email, phone number, website and message.

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and prepare trade terms. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken before entering into a contract.

The details are stored on our website hosting server and in the info@petlove.com.ua mailbox. We do not share them with third parties for advertising.

We keep them for 24 months after our last correspondence. To get a copy of your details or have them deleted sooner, email info@petlove.com.ua.
