We collect only what we need to process orders and never sell your data

This Privacy Policy applies to the online shop petlove.com.ua and sets out how the personal data of site users is collected, processed, stored and protected.

  • Delivery town and Nova Poshta branch

Automatically when you visit the site:

  • Pages viewed

We do not collect passport details, financial data (card numbers) or any information unrelated to processing your order.

  • Order processing - preparing your order and arranging delivery
  • Communication - updates on your order status (a text message with the tracking number)

  • Nova Poshta - the delivery service (receives your name, phone number, town and branch to send your parcel)
  • LiqPay - PrivatBank's payment service (processes card payments; we do not store your card details)

We do not sell or rent out or pass your data to any other third parties.

5. Payment security

All online payments are processed through the certified payment service LiqPay from PrivatBank (PCI DSS standard).

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Nova Poshta cash on delivery
  • Card details are entered directly in the secure LiqPay window
  • We never see or store your full card number
  • All transactions are protected by SSL encryption
